PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device provided with a magnetoresistive element which can achieve sufficient output and can be downsized. SOLUTION: An integrated circuit is provided on a substrate 1 on which a magnetic-field detection unit 3. The magnetic-field detection unit 3 has a plurality of element layers 4, 5 which are laminated in the direction of the depth of the semiconductor substrate 1.
