PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane module of which a separation membrane is easily exchanged in relation to a membrane module and a membrane module support for water treatment. SOLUTION: This membrane module comprises two heads 11, 21, a tie rod 31 detachably connecting the two heads 11, 21 with a desired space, and tubular separation membranes 41, 42. The first head 11 comprises a water-inlet passage 12 and a water-outlet passage 13, the second head 21 comprises a liquid passage 22, and the tubular separation membranes 41, 42 are supported by the two heads 11, 21, and a bolt 34.
