<p>The invention relates to a switch for electric buses, allowing the change of the running direction in three ways. According to the invention, the three-way switch is characterized in that, for shunting from one line to the other, a section of the line (12, 13) is activated by means of the heads (3) depending on the desired direction, left or right, said section transmitting the signal to one of the coils (10 and 11) of one of the contactors (KS, KD) which, by means of some contacts (Ks, Kd, K1M, K2M) and of some time relays (d1, d2) of the control circuit, supplies one of the coils (7 and 9) of a double electromagnet (EM) having an armature (5) initially kept in a median position by means of some springs (6), said armature being attracted by the magnetic field produced by one of the said coils (7 and 9), the switch points (1) moving in the desired direction, depending on the position of the armature (5) and of the activated section of the line (12, 13).</p> |
