FIELD: mechanical engineering, namely, finishing and reinforcing processing technologies, possible usage for making parts with windows. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes surface plastic deformation of discontinuous surfaces of cylindrical parts with windows by affecting rotary part by deforming element. Force of deforming element, made in form of sphere and held in holder, is created by means of oiling and cooling liquid. Viscosity of aforementioned oiling-cooling liquid is determined from condition for provision of movement of deforming element into window of part for given value, preventing appearance of defects on the surface of part window. ^ EFFECT: prevented appearance of defects on the surface of part window. ^ 2 dwg |
