The proposed device for mounting and dismounting ultrasonic converters contains a pipeline section with a socket, a shutoff gate valve, a mounting wrench, a sealing piston with an adapter, locking screws, a rod with a lever, and a bearing. The ultrasonic converter will be installed in the socket with internal thread and fixed by a fastening nut with external thread. The shutoff gate valve is fixed to the socket by thread. The mounting wrench contains a tip that fits into the hole of the fastening nut of the ultrasonic converter. At the upper part, the wrench contains a screw with a spring. The screw is threaded into the threaded hole of the tubular casing of the converter. The first locking screw is designed for coupling the mounting wrench with the adapter of the sealing piston. The rod with the lever is installed inside of the casing of the shutoff gate valve and coupled with the adapter by the second locking screw. The bearing is installed at the upper part of the casing of the shutoff gate valve and fixed by a captive nut.
