The device has an acoustic vibration transducer (10) coated with a flexible and elastic rubber coating (14) and placed on a curved support (13) that is placed between an acoustic vibration source (S) and the transducer. A spring (12) plates the transducer on the support in an elastic manner. The rubber coating is plated by the spring against the wall of the support and adopts the shape of the support. An independent claim is also included for a protection mask or a helmet equipped with a microphone device.
