PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently restrain noise generated inside a motor cover from leaking to the outside of the motor cover. SOLUTION: A main motor cover 26 and an auxiliary motor cover 28 have a three-layer structure respectively. The first layer is composed of internal motor covers 26a, 28a covering a rotor 22 and a stator 24, the second layer is composed of fluids 26b, 28b, and the third layer is composed of external motor covers 26c, 28c covering the internal motor covers 26a, 28a. The fluids 26b, 28b of the second layer are inserted in between the internal motor covers 26a, 28a and the external motor covers 26c, 28c to absorb vibration and noise caused by rotation of the rotor 22.
