<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a presence information complementing system, a method therefor, a schedule management device, and a presence server, wherein presence information is complemented even when the presence information is not acquired in an off-line state or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In this presence information complementing system, the schedule management device 2 checks schedule information, extracts data usable for the presence information, and notifies the presence server 5 of the data.
