PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a display update interval of an I picture constant during special reproduction in a transport stream in which a PTS value is not added to a PES packet in the transport stream, and arrival time and display time of the I picture are not coincident with each other. SOLUTION: An address, in which a packet including a coding image in the frame is stored, and relative reproduction scheduled time of the coding image in the frame of each packet of the transport stream are calculated.
