PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier capable of further improving the beauty and health promoting effect, while efficiently generating humidified air including negative ions. SOLUTION: The negative ions are efficiently generated in large numbers by a Lenard phenomenon by colliding an aqueous solution with a collision body 15 of a crushing part 5, by delivering the aqueous solution of a water soluble effective component effective in beauty, moisture retention and health such as provitamin, arbutin or its derivative and catechin from a water sucking disk part 4. Thus, the water soluble effective component is included in a fine water droplet (the nano size) together with a large quantity of negative ions, and the beauty and health promoting effect is further improved by the water soluble effective component in addition to the health promoting effect such as the refreshing effect possessed by the negative ions.
