PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure an amount of cooling air of an outdoor heat exchanger at both vehicle stopping and vehicle traveling. SOLUTION: An outside air introduction port 13 is arranged at a front side of the vehicle, the outdoor heat exchanger 11 is arranged a rear side of the vehicle from the outside air introduction port 13 and the outside air from the outside air introduction port 13 is passed through the outdoor heat exchanger 11 after it is passed through an entrance ventilation passage 14. An auxiliary outside air port 18 for introducing the outside air to the entrance ventilation passage 14 is arranged at a position at a rear side of the vehicle than the outdoor heat exchanger 11 and a door 19 is provided between the entrance ventilation passage 14 and the auxiliary outside air port 18. The door 19 becomes in the open state that the entrance ventilation passage 14 and the auxiliary outside air port 18 are communicated at stopping of the vehicle and becomes in the close state that the entrance ventilation passage 14 and the auxiliary outside air port 18 are shut-off at traveling of the vehicle.
