PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch for mounting a sensor capable of suppressing extension of crack, and a pneumatic tire having the patch for mounting the sensor even when the sensor moves in various directions following a rotation of the pneumatic tire. SOLUTION: The patch 40 for mounting the sensor for mounting a sensor module 50 in the inside of the pneumatic tire is equipped with a base part 41 disposed on an inner liner 14, and a covering part 42 which has a reinforcing layer 41a composed of nonwoven fabric containing a predetermined fabric, and is integrally formed with the base part 41. The covering part 42 covers at least a part of the sensor module 50, and disposes the sensor module 50 between the base part 41 and the covering part 42.
