PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna hoisting/lowering device capable of alleviating reflection to the attaching side of an antenna for measuring an electromagnetic wave from a unit under test at the side of a support, and stabilizing the attaching posture of the antenna for measuring to improve the measurement accuracy of radiation characteristics of the electromagnetic waves. SOLUTION: The antenna hoisting/lowering device comprises two supports 3a and 3b erected on the top plane of a base mount 2, a pair of sliders 4a and 4b provided so as to be vertically movable along the two supports 3a and 3b, a hoisting/lowering means 5 for hoisting and lowering the pair of sliders 4a and 4b synchronously, and an antenna supporting rod 6 horizontally installed over the two supports 3a and 3b for allowing an antenna 28 for measuring to be attached at its tip. The antenna 28 for measuring receives an electromagnetic wave from a unit 1 under test, and a drive portion 7 for giving a driving force to drive the hoisting/lowering means 5. At least the support 3a in the electromagnetic wave incoming direction has such a shape that a plurality of long and narrow structural components 14a and 15a cross the plate surface and prolong vertically. The structural components 14a and 15a are arranged so as to alleviate the reflection of the electromagnetic wave to the attaching side of the antenna 28 for measuring the electromagnetic wave from the side.
