PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a lifetime of a battery is short because a sensor is always in a detection state. SOLUTION: A human sensory sensor is actuated to be in a state of detecting a human body (S20). A time setting is performed between an information terminal and the human sensory sensor (S21). If the human sensory sensor detects a human body (S22), the human body detection information is transmitted to the information terminal for storage of the information (S23). The information terminal transmits a signal of turning off a power supply to all the human sensory sensors to turn off the power supply (S24). Thereafter, the power supply of the human sensory sensor is turned off until a certain time, and if the time comes (S25), the power supplies of all the human sensory sensors are turned on (S26).
