PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely clamp a disk by simple and inexpensive structure. SOLUTION: This disk device has an oscillating arm 15 of which the base edge is pivotally supported to be vertically movable h, g and energized downward g by a spring 16 on one side wall part 2a of a main chassis 2, an upper part of a disk clamper 7 is fitted to be elevated within a fixed range in a clamper chamber 20 formed on a lower surface of the tip part of the oscillating arm 15 and a cam board 17A to slightly raise the oscillating arm 15 is integrally formed along forward and backward movement (a), b on an edge recessed step part 1a of a tray 1, by pressing down the oscillating arm 5 by the spring 16 with a play mode the disk D is clamped by the disk clamper 7 and a turn table 4, the turn table 4 is dropped by operating a drive chassis downward, based on an unloading signal and approximately at the same time as drop of the turn table 4, the tray 1 is moved forward (a) and the disk clamper 7 is slightly raised via the oscillating arm 15 by the cam board 17A.
