PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk apparatus capable of preventing a switch control lever from rattling due to external vibration, and suppressing a switch knob from swaying due to the rattling to prevent abrasion and malfunction of a contact portion inside the switch. SOLUTION: The disk apparatus comprises the switch 3 of a mechanical control drive system mounted on a circuit board 2, and the switch control lever 5 provided so as to be rotatable in a direction in which the knob 3a of the switch 3 is ON/OFF controlled. The switch control lever 5 is provided with a biasing portion 52c which goes onto the circuit board 2 at a position where the knob 3a of the switch 3 is pressed by the switch control lever 5, and is elastically engaged on the circuit board 2.
