PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ditch cover having high strength and economic efficiency with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The ditch cover is so characterized that forming work of a plate material is carried out to fold up by the lower end to make it as a leg section, main members forming groove sections in the upper part of the leg section by one side and the other side of a plate material through a V trough section of the upper end of the leg section are arranged at certain intervals and that spot welding sections are formed in the V trough section in the groove sections of the main members at certain intervals and the groove sections and the leg section are fixed. Through-holes are formed in the leg section of the main members, interconnecting pipes are inserted in the through-holes, and each of them is caulked in front and behind of each through-hole to make it as a deformation section, and the main members are fixed to the interconnecting pipes by the deformation section. The through holes and the spot welding sections are formed in the approximately same position in the vertical direction, and the groove sections of the main members are filled with fillers.
