PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence which is formed of a structural member that exerts practicality in terms of environmental resistance including higher-rank antifouling property and corrosion resistance, hygienic maintenance, and durability. SOLUTION: The fence 100 is formed of the structural member having a multi-functional layer arranged at least on part of a surface thereof.
