PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus provided with a water-proofing structure and a heat dissipating structure facilitating heat dissipation by a positive heat dissipating mechanism. SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus has: a case 21 having first and second openings 23 and 24; a partitioning structure 25 arranged in the case and partitioning a space in the case into an air path 27 communicating with the first and second opening parts and a container 28; a printed circuit board 26 arranged in the container; and a fan 22 that is arranged in the air path to suck peripheral air via the first opening, exhausts this air via the second opening part, and dissipates heat to the outside of the electronic apparatus.
