PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed wiring board design supporting system, a printed wiring board design supporting method and a program, and a recording medium capable of raising the quality of a design, while shortening the design time of a printed wiring board. SOLUTION: A component data processor 22 for flow solder requires a designer to input the data concerning the soldering lands with respect to electronic components extracted by an extractor 21 for soldering electronic components. When data input occurs, the information added by the data is stored as component data for flow solder into a component database 4 or a component data file 8 for CAD. A component arrangement information acquisition section 31 acquires component arrangement information of electronic components, with respect to the arrangement direction and the like of electronic components on the printed wiring board designed by using a printed wiring board CAD part 5. A soldering land data selector 33 selects the data concerning the soldering land of one direction according to a component angle decided by a component angle calculator 32 from the component data for flow solder, so that the data and the like are delivered to the printed wiring board CAD part 5.
