<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a wired communication with a simple configuration while reducing the number of connection lines connecting apparatuses with each other as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: An NFC interface unit 12 that performs wireless communication, performs ASK modulation on a clock using a signal corresponding to data and transmits a resultant modulated signal through an SIGOUT line to a message processing unit 14. The message processing unit 14 extracts the clock from the modulated signal and performs processing according to the clock. Furthermore, the message processing unit 14 transmits the signal corresponding to the data through an SIGIN line, different from the SIGOUT line, to the NFC interface unit 12.
