<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant composite grease having heat conductivity and lubricity in combination. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-resistant composite grease is obtained by mixing carbon fibers with molybdenum disulfide. For example, carbon nano-tubes having <1μm fiber diameter are used as the carbon fibers.
