PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a client apparatus, a device verification apparatus, and a verification method for finely verifying operation of a client apparatus while protecting the security and privacy of the client apparatus. SOLUTION: The device verification apparatus 100 includes a policy holding part 110 for holding a verification policy corresponding to a service program, a policy verification part 111 for verifying the security of the verification policy, a policy deployment part 112 for deploying the verification policy whose security has been verified by the policy verification part 111 to a client apparatus 200 for executing the service program, and a verification result holding part 123 for holding a verification result obtained from the client apparatus 200 which verifies own operation at execution of the service program using the verification program.
