PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool capable of precisely and easily adjusting the amount of protruding to the outside in radial direction of the main body of a cutting blade furnished on an outer periphery of a tool body head end part without changing an end surface angle. SOLUTION: This cutting tool 10 is constituted by drilling an installation hole 16 with its axis as its center on a head end surface of a tool main body 11 along the axis○, installing a shaft type boring tool 71 in the installation hole 16 and arranging the cutting blade on the outer periphery on the head end side of the tool body 11, and it constitutes its characteristic feature that a mounting shaft part 15 is furnished on the head end side of the tool body 11, the installation hole 16 is drilled through the mounting shaft part 15, an outer peripheral surface of the mounting shaft part 15 is made circular a center of which is eccentric against the axis○on a cross-section vertical with the axis○, a ring member 31 having a cross-section circular inner peripheral surface sliding on the outer peripheral surface is installed on an outer periphery of the mounting shaft part 15 free to rotate around the center or free to be fixed at an optional rotating position and the cutting blade is provided on the ring member 31.
