PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably draw out a phosphoric acid compound having a desired particle size. SOLUTION: A dephosphorization apparatus, that blows air into water to be treated X having a phosphoric acid ion and supplied from the bottom part of the apparatus under the presence of a magnesium ion and an ammonium ion to carry out dephosphorization treatment by precipitating the phosphoric acid compound from the water to be treated X, and discharges this supernatant liquid Z from the upside of the apparatus as treated water, comprises a granulation vessel 2 placed on the bottom part of the apparatus and granulating the phosphoric acid compound in the inside, and a reactor 3 placed on the granulation vessel 2 in a state of communication with the granulation vessel 2 and educing the phosphoric acid compound by blowing the air Y into the water to be treated X in the inside wherein the water to be treated X is supplied to the granulation vessel 2 at a flow rate in which the phosphoric acid compound having the desired particle size floats at a desired height in the granulation vessel 2.
