PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing flowers decorating a gravestone, from falling or being scattered by the wind and preventing flowers from falling from vases arranged at the shop front of a florist. SOLUTION: Pipes 1 are bundled and connected with an adhesive or the like, and the upper parts of the bundled pipes 1 are fixed with a ring 2. The bundled pipes 1 are inserted so that the ring 2 is placed on the upper edge of the vase at the gravestone, and the flowers are inserted according to the size of the pipes.
