PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dish dryer capable of preventing the propagation of saprophytes such as mold in a dish drying chamber and increasing the sterilizing effect of a matter to be dried which is not sufficient only by a hot air drying. SOLUTION: The dish drier 1 for drying the matter to be dried is provided with: an electrolytic mist generator 22 provided with: a water reservation tank 41 for reserving running water containing chloride; a pair of electrodes 47 for energizing the running water in the tank 41; and a bubble generation member 44 which generates mist having the sterilizing effect by sending air to electrolytic water generated by energizing.
