<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe-type jumper device which eliminates the complexity of attaching a jumper horn and a grounding metal fitting separately and also achieves the cost reduction and own weight reduction and is free of such defects that the handling becomes difficult due to the increase of unit weight or from the aspect of profile or is free of such fear that excessive force works on it during its grounding work and transforms the jumper horn, and a metal fitting to be used for this jumper device. <P>SOLUTION: The jumper horn 35 and the grounding metal fitting 36 are both attached to the spacer 33 for coupling the two pieces of pipe guides 8 in the pipe-type jumper device. The jumper horn 35 is welded to the spacer 33. For the grounding metal fitting 36, the plate-shaped mounting part 38 is attached to the spacer 33, making use of a bolt 34 for fastening, for example, the spacer 33. Since the grounding metal fitting 26 is also integrated by bolt 34 to the spacer 33 provided with the jumper born 35, the parts count is reduced, and the manhour in construction of the jumper device is curtailed. Since the grounding metal fitting 36 and the jumper horn 35 can be separated, increase in unit weight can be avoided, and the deterioration of the construction can be avoided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
