PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexure being a member of a wireless suspension which facilitates a simulation for determining the external shape of a supporting substrate corresponding to spring characteristics required especially in further miniaturizing the latest wireless suspension and also in which connecting parts for electric connection with a control circuit by ultrasonic bonding are excellent in an ultrasonic bonding property and to simultaneously provide a method of manufacturing such a flexure. SOLUTION: A wiring member in which wires are formed on the supporting substrate is characterized in that, each wire consists of two or more wire parts having different rigidity and the connecting part of wires having different rigidity has lamination structure in which wires are laminated through a conductive connecting layer.
