PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device and a drive system of a motorcycle capable of controlling the motorcycle so as to be brought close to be in a neutral steer state based on the yaw moment generated in the motorcycle. SOLUTION: The control device 100 of the motorcycle comprises a tire transverse force computing unit 121 to compute the tire transverse force Fy' generated in a rear wheel 12 based on the side slip angleβ, the bank angleθand the friction circle data D of the motorcycle, a yaw moment computing unit 122 to compute the target yaw moment at which the motorcycle is in a neutral steer state, and a corrective yaw moment M<SB>C</SB>based on the tire transverse force Fy' computed by the tire transverse force computing unit 121, and an output computing unit 123 to determine the output torque instruction value I<SB>Tm</SB>corresponding the corrective yaw moment M<SB>C</SB>by using the corrective yaw moment M<SB>C</SB>computed by the yaw moment computing unit 122 and the friction circle data D.
