PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair restoring apparatus to utilize negative ions for the hair. SOLUTION: The negative ion from a coral utilizing negative ion generating means 10 is sent to a negative ion sprinkling means 20 comprised of a duct 21 and a negative ion emitting hair capsule 22. The negative ion generating means 10 produces the alkali ion water by making a coral ceramic particles aggregate 11a stored in a removable water container 12a react on the water with an ultrasonic vibration of an ultrasonic generator 13. The ultrasonic generator 13 gives the ultrasonic vibration also to the ion water and makes the ion water be a negative ion fog drip A. A fan F spirally ventilates the negative ion fog drip A through a negative ion fog drip passage 14b which is formed of a cylinder 14c disposed in a negative ion fog drip storing chamber 14a. A water conduit 15 exists between the removable water container 12 and the ultrasonic generator 13, and the ion water is poured into a storing section 14d at the bottom of the negative ion fog drip storing chamber 14a wherein the ultrasonic generator 13 exists.
