PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of performing the air-conditioning control according to the cooling demand by an occupant. SOLUTION: The vehicular air-conditioner has an air-conditioner ECU 10 capable of transmitting the control command of an engine 4 to an engine ECU 1 to automatically stop the engine 4 for the idling stop when a vehicle is stopped, and an idle-stop adjustment dial 37 capable of arbitrarily setting the idling stop release during the idling stop. When the condition of the idling stop release set by the idle-stop adjustment dial 37 is satisfied, the air-conditioner ECU 10 transmits the timing of starting the engine 4 to the engine ECU 1, and the not-uniform air-conditioning control according to the cooling demand by an occupant can be performed in the idling stop condition.
