<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication terminal equipment, a communication system, a communication method and a program for realizing power consumption by executing efficient communication processing by multi-cast communication. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication 100 is provided with a multi-cast ACK generator 106 for transmitting a packet having an ACK function, a multi-case ACK analyzer 110 for analyzing the information of the ACK from received packet data, radio transmitters/receivers 104 and 114 for executing modulation/demodulation processing, a central control unit 108 for controlling this and a timing control unit 109 or the like. In this case, the multi-case packet in the multi-case communication is made to have an ACK function.
