<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the point at issue wherein it is necessary to coat a definite area with a definite amount of a sample without deflecting/distorting the sample in order to obtain an accurate measuring result in cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis, a pipette with a needle used heretofore requires skill, is complicated to handle and has a problem from an aspect of sanitation and infection control and a coating device is easy to cause the damage of a coating chip and complicated to handle and expensive. <P>SOLUTION: This coater is made simple to handle and inexpensive and can be incinerated after use because it is constituted so as to suck a sample by utilizing a capillary phenomenon of paper. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
