<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device which makes a gaze of a communication partner natural, and can smoothly take communication when talking by looking at not only figures of each other but also an image or a moving video in common. <P>SOLUTION: The communication device 100 is provided with a monitor 33, cameras 30, 31C, a CPU 60, etc.; and is also provided with an image input discriminator 61 which discriminates with which camera 30 or 31 is used for photographing an operator's image based on direction attribute; a direction attribute decision part 62 which exchanges control data with a partner side communication device, and decides the direction attribute of the communication device of right side, left side, etc. by using either the camera 30 or 31; a reversing part 63 which reverses left and right directions of an input image; and an image display position decision part 64 which determines a position relation of a partner's image display unit 34, an own image display unit 35, and a content display unit 36 based on the direction attribute. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
