PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel for a vehicle body capable of improving the rigidity of a fixed portion of a shift lever support base without degrading manufacturing efficiency. SOLUTION: In this floor panel 1 for a vehicle body in which a floor tunnel 2 provided at the central portion in a vehicle lateral direction and extended in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, a protrusion is formed which crosses with the floor tunnel and forms a rough cross with a swollen part 3 extended in the vehicle lateral direction, and the shift lever support base 13 is fixed on the floor tunnel, a reinforcement member 7 having a left side portion 7l and a right side portion 7r along respective right and left front walls 3fw parted by the floor tunnel at the swollen portion and a middle portion 7c for jointing a left portion with a right portion at a position which is overlapped with the floor tunnel is provided and extended in the vehicle lateral direction, and at least a part of the middle portion and a part of the shift lever support base are jointed with the floor tunnel.
