<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray-like compound paper container whose tray-like outer container and thermoplastic resin sheet forming an inner container mutually adhere satisfactory by easily removing air outside placed between the outer container and the sheet in vacuum forming, adhering and laminating the inner container on the inside face of the outer container. <P>SOLUTION: This relates to a tray-like compound paper container comprising a tray-like outer container and an inner container. The outer container comprising a flange forming area, a side panel forming area and a bottom panel forming area is formed by press forming a blank panel formed with one or a plurality of perforation cut lines extending from an outer peripheral edge to the center of a circular arc forming an outer peripheral edge in the corner of the bottom panel forming area.
