PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take in and out loads while preventing temperature rise in a freezer by partially opening and closing an opening portion of a refrigerator vehicle and forming a minimum air curtain. SOLUTION: This door for the refrigerator vehicle for opening and closing the opening portion 3 of the freezer 2 of the refrigerator vehicle 1, comprises an expansion door 4 mounted on one side edge of the opening portion 3 to be horizontally opened on a side edge of the opening portion 3 as a center of rotation, a slide door 5 mounted on the expansion door 4 in a state of being slidably opened and closed, and a discharge opening 7 of the air curtain A formed on an end portion of the expansion door 4 or the slide door 5 for spraying the air toward the other side edge of the opening portion 3. The opening portion 3 can be closed by the expansion door 4 and the slide door 5, and the air is sprayed from the discharge opening 7 to form the air curtain A at the opening portion 3, when only the slide door 5 is opened and closed.
