<p>A balloon dilator, comprising a positioning part deformed so as to be fitted to the channel of an endoscope and an enlarged-diameter part connected to the positioning part and enlarged to a diameter larger than that of the positioning part. Desirably, the positioning part is disposed on the user's side of the enlarged-diameter part so as to be enlarged in communication with the enlarged-diameter part. The outer diameter of the positioning part when deformed may be approximately constant in the axial direction or gradually decreased from its side connected to the enlarged-diameter part to its other end side.</p> |
