<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase convenience during payment while ensuring user security. <P>SOLUTION: A commodity selling server has a purchase plan information reporting means for accepting information about a commodity to be purchased that is sent from a user terminal, the user information of a user, and the vendor information of a vendor that the user wants to use for payment, and sending the commodity information and the user information to the vendor server of the vendor specified by the vendor information.
