PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent elution of a dye from an already existing pattern when a composition is applied onto the existing pattern.

SOLUTION: The dye-containing negative curable composition contains an organic solvent-soluble dye in an amount of ≥40 mass% with respect to the entire solid content, and further contains an oxime-based photopolymerization initiator and a photosetting compound having one or more acidic functional groups and three or more photosetting functional groups.
