PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a traveling shift structure for a working vehicle such that a traveling speed of a vehicle body can be suitably set according to working conditions when it is constituted such that a traveling shift device is operated to a low speed side and a high speed side according to load applied to an engine. SOLUTION: The traveling shift structure for the working vehicle is provided with an automatic shift means for operate the traveling shift device 10 to the low speed side and the high speed side in an automatic shift range provided with a predetermined range according to the load applied to the engine 1.
