摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-dimensional face emission array for easily adjusting an optical axis. SOLUTION: This two-dimensional face emission laser array is configured by two-dimensionally arraying a plurality of face emission laser elements where at least first and second reflectors and an active layer put between the first and second reflectors are formed on a semiconductor substrate, and provided with a plurality of face emission laser elements arranged with equal intervals on a first base line specified on the semiconductor substrate and a plurality of face emission laser elements arranged with equal intervals on a second base line passing the center of the face emission laser elements on the first base line, and making a predetermined angleθwith the first base line, wherein the principal surface of the semiconductor substrate is configured as a face (1 0 0), and the first base line is made vertical to a face (0 1 -1) or face (0 1 1) of the semiconductor substrate.
