PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for mounting fittings, which can be simply mounted and constructed in an opening formed on a self-supporting partition wall, and which can restore a ceiling and a floor to an original state after the dismantlement of the partition wall, without making a groove, a hole, etc. for the mounting of the fittings formed in the ceiling and the floor. SOLUTION: In this structure for mounting the fittings 30 in the opening 7 formed in the partition wall W whose upper edge is equipped with an upper rail 10, the upper rail 10 is elongated almost throughout the width of the opening 7; a rail cover 20 is detachably fitted inside the upper rail 10 so as to keep up the appearance of the upper rail 10; a rail 32 for the fittings, which is elongated almost in parallel with the upper rail 10 so as to guide the movement of the fittings, is fixedly provided on the side surface of the upper rail 10; and a sash roller 30a, which is provided on the upper part of the fittings 30, is traveled on the rail 32.
