PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizing apparatus solving the problem that conventional deodorizing apparatuses are poor in deodorizing efficiency, use much steam and consume much energy. SOLUTION: The deodorizing apparatus has a deodorizing mechanism 10 comprising a plurality of cylinders 12 dipped in a refined oil L temporarily staying in a tray 11, a plurality of steam blowing pipes 13 set at the under part of the cylinders 12, a plurality of steam supplying pipes 14 each connected with the steam blowing pipes and practically set along the axis of the each cylinder 12, and helical guide plates 15 set on each steam feed pipe 14.
