PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take in and out an article to and from a console box body, without moving an arm, when using a second lid as an armrest. SOLUTION: This console lid structure has a first lid 7 for openably-closably arranging a console lid part 5 in an opening part 3 of the console box body 4 and rotatably installing the console lid part 5 in the console box body 4 via a hinge part 6, and the second lid 10 slidably installed in the vehicle longitudinal direction 9 in an upper part of the first lid 7 via a guide trail 8; and is constituted so that the object can be taken in and out of the console box body 4 while closing the first lid 7 when sliding the second lid 10.
