Process to dispose of cut tunnel rock residue by admixture with dement and dewatering for subsequent construction purposes

In a tunnel construction process a mixture of rock, water and slurry is removed from the tunnel and de-watered in conjunction with a binding agent e.g. cement. The cement, and rock react and combine after a pre-determined time lapse into a material suitable for use in building construction. During the reaction period the mixture of stone, concrete and water is allowed to rest for 2 to 6 hours in an intermediate store. Following the reaction the material consists of hard grains.
