PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a light guide plate, which enables a formation of the light guide plate simply and rapidly without requiring an injection molding device, advanced injection molding techniques and the like. SOLUTION: After a mixed liquor 20 for ultraviolet-curing is coated on a front face of a PMMA flat plate 10 by a spin coat method, a stamper 30 is crimped to the front face of the PMMA flat plate 10. The stamper 30 is manufactured by utilizing lithography, a processing method using a diamondbyte and a laser process. Next, an ultraviolet exposure is carried out at a back side of the PMMA flat plate 10 face (Back Side Exposure) to cure the mixed liquor 20 for ultraviolet-curing. Thereafter, by removing the stamper 30, a PMMA light guide plate in which a pattern similar to that of the stamper 30 is formed can be obtained. The time required for the ultraviolet curing is extremely short, and it is possible to manufacture the light guide plate in a short time. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
