PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blasting method capable of realizing washing, film removal, various working, etc. without damaging a parent material against an object in a materially extremely extensive region such as a fishing net, etc. from metal and glass and capable of remarkably reducing the consuming quantity of water and electric power to use and its device. SOLUTION: It is possible to realize real continuous driving by eliminating bonding, thickening and clogging of ice pieces by carriage by compressed air and dehumidifying atmosphere and the compressed air for carriage in freezing a drum surface by providing the flake type ice pieces almost constant in weight and having an extensive area against thickness by breaking and refining ice by freezing expansion on a cylinder surface of a freezing drum and to remarkably reduce the consuming quantity of the water and the electric power to use by highly hardening the flake type ice pieces provided by degassing oxygen, etc from the water, reducing impurities and adjusting pH under this blasting method.
