PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MIMO-receiving device, receiving method and a radio communications system for operating accurate MMSE control in the filter reception of an MIMO at using different chip power rates for respective transmission antennas. SOLUTION: A correction coefficient calculator 41 inputs the chip power rate of each transmission antenna, assumes pilot power so that the chip power rate of each transmission antenna can be made equal to the chip power rate of the transmission antenna as a reference, and calculates the correction coefficientβ<SB>m</SB>for correcting the actual pilot power of each transmission antenna. A weight calculator 40 inputs the impulse response of a transmission path converted into a frequency region by FFTs 12-1-1 to 12-M-N, a chip noise power estimated by a chip noise estimator 16 and the correction coefficientβ<SB>m</SB>calculated by the correction coefficient calculator 41, and calculates the weight of a filter by an MMSE.
